Day 24: Managing f2f and dld students, having to adjust "used to be" accountability/expectations in a way that works for everyone in a positive manner towards achieving student achievement. Day 24- I have a good core group of students who engage, show up for live support, and turn in all their assignments. It reflects in their average. However, there are too many who are not engaging, not showing up for live sessions, not submitting work. I've reached out to parents. I'm not sure how to fix it. Day 24: This is the scariest grade book I've ever seen (from student not turning in work), but improvements are slowly taking place. Reaching out to parents, talking to team members, and emailing my students with a focus on work ethic. 

Positive: Although there are some behavior management pieces, the focus is on learning. Day 24: I am getting better with timing out mini lessons. I am getting more confident in balancing both instructions. Do I email back parents about grades, grade, put in makeup grades, or prepare next week lessons? The questions I struggle with during our Wednesday and Friday planning
