I also made a hazelnut and chocolate torte. 
The pizzas turned out really well. I made the dough and some toppings and my husband shaped it and cooked it over the fire. The dessert was delicious but I didn't love the shape. Here's the recipe
When I asked the butcher for thinly sliced chuck or ribeye, which is what the recipe specifies, the butcher said it would fall apart, so he gave me short rib instead and that worked well. It saved time that the butcher sliced it for me.
I couldn't find the pickled red ginger, even at a Japanese market near my apartment. I'm going to try HMart, a Korean supermarket.
