         <description><![CDATA[<p>My students have came up with a chart that if they say certain words on things that are banned they will run a certain number of laps. I had started this at the beginning of the year and it turned out to not be a punishment but something fun. So with them doing this themselves shows accountability and the want to improve their behavior. </p>]]></description>
