1. My strength as a collaborator is being prompt on deliverables especially when deadlines are posted. I try my best to submit within the timeframe and ready to take initiative to do certain tasks beyond what is expected of me.

2. The hardest thing for me about working in a group is to do follow-ups or ask for updates regarding assigned tasks because I have this mindset that I would just finish it instead of bugging my partner teacher especially if I am also able to do the task.

3. You should know that I am very open to messages/feedback and always online (haha) so please do not hesitate to ask questions or comments. :)

OPTIONAL QUESTION:
One change that I could make in the way I communicate (not really communication but mindset) in order to improve my effectiveness in working in a group is to think that my teammates are also open to messages and they will not see my messages/feedback/follow up as a sort of power move (I am not sure of term) but really just someone who would like to finish the tasks on time.

1. Strength as a Collaborator -I listen a lot to suggestions and recommendations. I also give comments and suggestions when necessary. I do my best to really contribute.
2. Challenging aspect of working in a group - To trust and to earn the trust of your teammates. I think it is also a bit difficult to accept critique/remarks.
3. How to work with me - Tell me what to do. You can remind me of stuff, I don't mind that just do not bug me. Provide a clear rationale for the group work/ division of the task and I become a willing worker/leader.

1. What’s your strength as a collaborator? I think one of my strengths would be my ability to easily adapt to changes.
2. What was the hardest thing for you, personally speaking, about working in a group? I don’t like to work in groups where people are close-minded. It’s also very difficult for me to work when people force their ideas, beliefs and practices on another. I feel that being open to each other’s differences is a very valuable trait in collaboration. I personally feel that we don’t need to be a melting pot where we all want to have the same taste but a delicious salad with distinct flavors.
3. What should you know about me to make it easier for you to work in groups? I look intimidating but I’m not scary to work with. I like to joke around but know that I take important concerns seriously.

4. 8 :)
5. One thing is to stay quiet.
