It's damaging the leaves causing them to produce less or and smaller seeds. The trees resistance to disease, frost, and pest is reduces. Clear cutting is also threatening the temperate deciduous forest. Timber is cut down to clear land for agriculture.</div>]]></description>

They have strong legs which is built from running.<br>Raccoons hands are agile which helps them gather food. Raccoons go into torpor during the winter to survive the cold.</div>]]></description>
