         <description><![CDATA[<div>"A tendency to relate something external to yourself. In other words, you think that everything revolves around you. This causes you to twist the facts...A person who is particularly sensitive to personalization thinks they are the target of constant insinuation." I feel that I do this often. I overthink interactions and feel the need to apologize if I felt I wronged someone in a conversation. I often receive the response that they weren't even aware of this.&nbsp;<br><br>"Instead of identifying the mistake we’ve made, we give ourselves a negative label..."<br>I find myself labeling myself with "just an English teacher" I have so much more to offer than just that.&nbsp;<br><br>Overall, being aware of the negative self-talk on a daily basis and being able to pin point it, and name it... perhaps that's where resiliency grows?<br><br>Through therapy I have identified those negative self-talk items as "the red cloud" and it is helpful for me.</div>]]></description>
