         <description><![CDATA[<p>One major and effective way to create an inclusive environment is celebrating and acknowledging the different holidays around the world. Students can share the way their traditions and families celebrate the different holidays so that everyone can have a deeper understanding and meaning of it. </p><p><br/></p><p>Another way is to create a student heritage wall, where students can share traditions, photos, stories,  and their family history. </p><p><br/></p><p>Multicultural language can also be used as a tool in creating an inclusive environment. This can be used so that students feel seen and valued because their language at home is being acknowledged. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
