Some of the antojitos of this city are the chicken placero, chicken served with potatoes, carrots and enchiladas dipped in a thick chili sauce; the corundas, triangular tamales wrapped in green corn leaves and the uchepos, corn tamales bathed in cream or served with some stews, etc.Between the desserts are the Zamora chongos, a kind of very sweet milk curd and fruit.</div>]]></description>
