Do more of what works more consistently across all schools/Create conditions for schools to do what works - high autonomy, high accountability (how to can you learn and scale everything that works)? 

Reimagine schools - whole-child response by providing opportunities to respond to trauma/hardship (right school partnerships), seek career and technical education by developing connections within the system (college preparedness, college guidance to get them through 4-year college/universities, and other pathways for kids to fill jobs in the community) 

Broaden Coalition/Collectivism - need to go back to broadening the coalition and enhance cross-sector collaboration; how do we bring in parents voices (engagement vs empowerment of parents); look at ways to work within the political landscape; how do we engage communities at all different levels collectively 

Policy sustainability - how do we keep commitment to high standards; changing charter caps; pre-K enrollment; rigorous standard in place and ensure there is accountability across all schools
