The rigour in conversation among team members, reflecting on how the experiences would better the process of thinking and discussion among students, how a teacher should facilitate to ensure a richer session of thinking and discussion among the students to deepen the conceptual understanding, helps one another within the team to grow. The conversation may reflect our inadequacy, but courage to continue to learn what we don’t know is important. 

In addition, ensuring a rich thinking and discussion about mathematical ideas may take a much longer time, we need the courage to believe that time is worth spending and to continue such active learning.
