         <title>1. What for you means transdisciplinarity?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>PUZZLE...<br>That's the first thing that comes to my mind. You assemble a whole from different parts. When it comes to learning, then I'm thinking of different aspects, approaches, models that we can use through research in order to arrive at understanding, making conclusions, solutions.<br>Different forms of research include linking knowledge.<br>The cooperation of all participants involved in the research is wider, the only way to achieve goals.<br>"Collaboration between stakeholders is deemed essential – not merely at an academic or disciplinary collaboration level, but through active collaboration with people affected by the research and community-based stakeholders.          <title>2. How will you change the current way of teaching now when you are in the PYP program?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learning on the job shows me what works in practice with kids. I can be a risk-taker. What is different is the use of research-based methods and the ability to explore what methods I can use in working with children. My role is less in the learning process, and the student becomes the center of learning. I will focus on empowering students to be active and capable participants in their own learning. Reading "Making the PYP Happen", I realized that the approach to assessment is different, to focus on students' attitudes, concepts and attributes and that it is a very important segment of international-mindedness. Surely, I will develop open-mindedness in the planning process myself.</div>]]></description>

         <title>4. What is the biggest gain of what you do as a PYP teacher?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I might need to answer this question after the first year of work as a PJP leader or maybe more years. But, of course, I already feel the benefits. First of all, I am in the process of learning myself and I am evaluating my work in different ways. I was given the opportunity to get out of the template and to approach the role of teachers from different aspects.<br>I am allowed to be part of the global thinking and development of all the qualities that a child should have anywhere in the world on their way of growing up.<br>I love my job very much and I think that you can not be a teacher if you are not in love with your job. I've been working for 16 years as a teacher and sometimes I felt overwhelmed.<br>Now again, I have the same enthusiasm as the first years of my work. I fell in love again with something that filled me and I really found myself in this. And I'm aware that I have much more to learn and research.</div>]]></description>
