I really like eating sandwiches in the morning and drinking lemon water at noon. In the afternoon or evening, I often crave pasta with a glass of apple juice. At night, I usually eat rice with roasted chicken, vegetable soup, and a glass of grape juice.

My friend also has a great appetite. They really enjoy two famous Vietnamese dishes: Hanoi-style fried spring rolls and Hue-style beef noodles. The fried spring rolls are crispy and delicious, while the beef noodles are aromatic and spicy. My friend often says they can never get tired of these two dishes.

I remember when we had to present our collaborative project in front of the whole group. At first, I was worried about whether our ideas would be clear to everyone.

The moment I liked most was when our partners from NSJH nodded and smiled while we were explaining our concept. It felt like the "language barrier" disappeared because we were both focused on the same goal.

This moment helped me improve my communication skills. I realized that communication isn't just about perfect grammar; it’s about using body language, visuals, and active listening to connect.

I am new students as VAS, I haven't had chance to join the previous activities. Howevery I remember when I was with my Chinese friend going shopping. We were playing in the market we talked using Chinese. This improved my communication skills.
