The educational ideology of romanticism takes the perspective of the learner and focuses on their ability to grow as a student through the use of creativity and discovery (Billings & Halstead, 2016). It is important as nursing educators that we facilitate this process for the transition from a nursing student to a nursing professional to occur. The first picture represents the growth of each student, the second image represents the creativity that is unlocked, the third image represents the dissemination of knowledge. Lastly with each construct, students will become the best nurse possible.
