Sometimes I had problems with my dentist becuase of it. She told me that if I kept eating sweets excessively, I would have a toothache. Since that moment, my mom and I started eating less sugar because I was afraid of having a problem with my smile.
 I followed her advice and I've never had cavities or a toothache so I think It was a good advice.

My mom told me to put a sticker with my name to all my materials, and be more carefull with them. I followed her advice and it worked. When I lost one of my materials, a classmate give it back to me because it had my name. My mother told me not to eat ice cream and cold water because it´s bad for my health . She also told me to buy a pill and drink a hot tea, so I followed her advice and it helped me. Now, I am more careful with those things but I got sick this weekend :(
I don't know why.
