In the book The Chance by Karen Kingsbury it says, "She was a good girl from a good home. She went to church every Sunday with Alan and Ellie, even during the worst weeks. Never in all her life could she have imagined what was about to happen....The thing that would change her life forever." This quote to me, was a good way to hook the readers! I love this quote.

In the book, The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell, there's a quote that stood out to me. In chapter 4, the text shows, "He completely stared at her. Alex lost her balance and fell- headfirst into the book! 'AAALLLEEEXXX!' Conner cried out to his sister." This quote gives me the feeling that this is where the whole story begins. I feel like this quote is very important because it makes no sense, but that's what makes the story amazing and eye catching. I think the author, Chris Colfer, gave an amazing quote that is unforgettable.

In the book Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Harry states, "I don't go looking for trouble, trouble usually finds me". I really think this is a great quote because it really shows a big chunk of Harry. Harry is usually out where he shouldn't be trying to get someone evil or find something needed out. He never purposely goes to find trouble he just usually ends up in it because he is trying to help someone out or to save his own life.
