Crust Ingredients
+ 2 cups of crushed crackers
+ 1/3 cup of butter softened
+ 1/4 cup of white sugar

Preparation:

+ crush crakers in a food processor
+ mix the crumbs whith the butter and the sugar
+ knead
+ put the dough in a mold
+ seve and reserve

+ 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
+ 1 cup of sugar
+ 1 cup of cream
+ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
+ 3 eggs
+ 1 cup strawberries (to decorate)
+ 2 teaspoon of powder sugar

Preparation:

+ preheat the oven 180 ªC
+ whisk the cream cheese with the sugar
+ add the cream and the vanilla extract
+ add the 3 eggs
+ stir all the ingredients
+ put the filling in the mold
+ bake for one hour
+ let it cool
