However, it is only highlighting the higher stakes and standard black people are held to.

The name of the movement is not meant to turn people away but, instead it wants to prove and show how many more black people are scrutinized than any other race. The purpose of this is to share stories of unequal treatment black people face just walking down the street.

The officer, Daniel Pantaleo, put Garner in an illegal choke hold and even while he says, "I can't breathe" NYPD continues to choke and arrest him as he turns limp.
