I have worked at Intuit a long time and with the amount of re-orgs I have seen with different managers and different teams Neha has been hands down the best manager in PI. She provides the right amount of support if you ask. She stands behind her team. She provides guidance for your career and will grow you as an employee. She treats each member fairly and will be honest if you are not pulling your weight. She gets respect from team members and i know her team and external team members like working with her and would like working for her. My unofficial survey is that most would rather report to her.

Working at Intuit gives us the opportunity to work for many different managers. Of all the managers I have worked for, Neha is, by far the best. Not only is she attentive and responsive, she is in tune with her team. I say this be for several reasons. Firstly, she truly understands work life balance when it comes to her employees. If anyone has been working excessive hours on a project she approaches them to make sure they take time off to balance by getting other resources to cover their work. Secondly, she understands career development and gives projects to those team members that will benefit from the experience gained from that project. If the team member is completely inexperienced on the project material, she makes sure you are paired with a team member with greater experience so they may work as a team and learn from each other. Thirdly, she frequently meets with you one-on-one to talk about what your concerns are. Even though we may miss a meeting here and there, I feel we meet frequently enough to convey any concerns I have in a timely manner. I certainly meet more with Neha than I have with any other manager at Intuit.

Neha excels at employee development and placing her team members on a path to occupational success. Whether her energies are directed toward goals, resources, organization structures or people, she is a problem solver and an unparalleled leader.

While her persistent hard work and analytical ability makes her outstanding, she is also amazing as a person

She Keeps checking if I need a skip level for anything and every time my answer is the same to her that "I never felt a need to do so as talking to you works all the time"

While we talk about her people management skills, I would also like to emphasize that she is equally awesome in understanding the technical stuff and provides valuable inputs.

I consider the time I spent working in Neha's org so far at Intuit to be one of the best experiences of my career. And whether I am in her org or go somewhere else, the respect and trust will always be there.

Thank you Neha....

You have those that are managers and you have those that are leaders. Teams need leaders to succeed, and that's why Neha's team/s works so well together, and gets work done.
Just a few things I admire about Neha's style is she doesn't micro manage, she follows up with you during 1:1s to make sure you have everything you need to succeed, and will get additional resources to help should you be overloaded, her technical IQ is extraordinary, and she listens to her team; which is important as a leader. Neha is by far the most outstanding manger I've worked for at Intuit. Keep doing what you do Neha because it's working.
