My name is Andy Garcia.  I've been teaching since fall 2002. I have a BA in Political Science, and my Masters in Gifted Education.  I have had the pleasure of teaching for 13 years and now the pleasure of teaching at Stonegate Elementary.

I am currently back to my stomping grounds teaching Advanced Academics. I believe that all students share a common goal in learning.  My goal as their , STEPS (2nd and 3rd grade)Strategies and Techniques to Enrich Primary Students and

PEAK (4th and 5th grade) Pupils Excelling in Ability and Knowledge  teacher is to broaden their minds, learn to think outside of the box, and to become autonomous  life-long learners. 

I am so excited to be teaching your child.  I am looking forward to a fun and exciting year with all of my students. My philosophy is to excite the student to want to learn and do more.
