I am writing in connection to your smartphone product namely HuaWei Mate Pro 20. I have received a broken phone at the back of the phone and was not in working condition.
Other than that, I am also dissatisfied that there was no storage in the phone. The advertising was misleading with the specs of the phone. It turned out to be a fake product as there was no warranty card given as mentioned. The product could not even download a 5Mb application.
Therefore, I would want request a refund from the company as soon as possible.
