Example: Compromise occurs when two parties come to an agreement by each offering to meet somewhere in the middle. For example, Kek is hoping that his girlfriend will see the importance of buying a home and will compromise by stopping her impulse buying in return. Kek is compromising in that he agrees to let his girlfriend do some shopping, and his girlfriend compromises by cutting the amount of money she spends on shopping.

Bala was offered a position by XYZ company in Turkey starting May 3, 2016. This post is a job that he was interested in and fit his current program of study at university. But Bala has made some commitments. He has accepted the position and entered into a contract with the ABC company in Johor and will be on duty on 2 April 2016. Bala can not breach promise with ABC for signing a contract and can not change it.
But there are many opportunities that Bala can enjoy in XYZ. Good job, good pay and potential to manage the company. With XYZ Company he can interact with the international community and recognize their culture. With the ABC Company, Bala has less opportunities to advance. However, Bala still hesitates to Turkey as the situation in the country is unstable even after civil war subsides. What would happen to Bala if his job at XYZ was terminated because the company was controlled by the Turkish government who did not want foreign workers.
In the above case, Bala had two conflicts is:

1. Conflicts between not breaking promises by working on ABC with the responsibility to self-improvement by working on XYZ.

ii. The problem of choosing the responsibility to self-improvement with the future is guaranteed.

The problem facing Bala does not necessarily be a conflict if Bala takes the problem solving strategy by having another alternative and redefining the problem faced by (distortion) or seeking other alternatives. The alternative is to buy insurance to ensure its safety while working at XYZ.

Dissolution marks the end of the partnership relationship. It occurs when any partner discontinues his or her involvement in the partnership business or when there is any change in the partnership relationship.

For example, if Dottie leaves the business but Dave remains, then there is a change in the partnership status and dissolution occurs. If Dottie sells her portion of the business to her brother Danny, then Danny and Dave become partners in a new partnership and the original partnership dissolves. If both Dottie and Dave decide to sell the business or close the business, then dissolution of the original partnership occurs.

There are many ways dissolution can occur. For instance:

A partner resigns from the partnership
A partner withdraws from the partnership
A partner retires
A partner dies
A partner drives out, or expels, another partner
The partnership business declares bankruptcy
The partners have an agreement to dissolve
The partnership business is illegal
For example, let's say D.D.'s Duds specializes in counterfeit clothing that's made to look like designer brands. The clothing is actually an assortment of cheap knock-offs. This practice is declared illegal in California, where D.D.'s Duds is located. As a result, the partnership will be considered legally dissolved.

Keep in mind that dissolution is not the same thing as termination. Dissolution serves as the beginning of the termination process for the partnership.
