Which strategy is implemented for students with special educational needs in your local area? How can you make your classroom more inclusive and why?

I believe that creating inclusive classrooms by combining students without special needs with students who have special and individual needs is a good thing. Students with special needs do not feel excluded, they follow the same curriculum as the rest of the group. Classes of this type teach all its members sympathy, camaraderie, helping the other person, empathy.   This is a challenge for the teacher, but with the right level of knowledge, patience and understanding, it is possible to create the conditions for such a group to function in an appropriate way. In my area there are several schools with integration classes and they are very popular and appreciated by parents. In my opinion, to make a class more inclusive you need appropriate staff, support teachers assigned to children with special needs so that they do not deviate from the material covered in classes.  Additionally, I would suggest spreading awareness among children and parents about the importance of understanding and empathy for children with special needs because today's society suffers from a lack of knowledge in this area.
