Too often meeting behavior is limiting our team members to be successful (i.e. late start, late end, double bookings, no agenda and/or expectations upfront, too many people, almost no notes, meeting if a quick call was already sufficient…).
Good to have some clear guidelines and lead by example to improve our meeting behavior.

From an operational perspective, I’m bit concerned regarding the current ‘leadtimes’ (from initial question to actual change/implementation) of our supportive functions. Not only Facilities or IT for smaller requests, but also Engineering for bigger changes/projects, and HR for support in hiring process.
This feels too often as a roadblock to respond quickly to new opportunities or improvements
