I just wanted to mention how expensive the current cost of living here at the Island. I think that ever since the pandemic, housing prices suddenly sky rocketed to thousands of more dollars. From what I heard, affordable housing that are up for sale can start from $200K. With the high rate of homelessness and population, there really isn't any much more that makes living even more difficult for the people in poverty.
