Problem:

People often get tired of waiting in long lines for coffee at highly traveled businesses like Starbucks and Dunkin. Waiting in long lines is not only an annoying pain, but can also make busy people, like college students, late for work and classes.

Target Customer:

College aged kids and young adults who are full time students, typically also have a part time job or internship, who are stressed out, low on extra time and rushing to and from classes and work.

This demographic is stressed out, overworked and exhausted. They thrive on coffee and snacks throughout the day but are usually rushing around because of limited time. There are also very limited spots on campus to grab coffee, drinks or snacks without walking across campus.

College aged kids need a quick and easy way to grab coffee, drinks and snacks on the go as they are walking to class. This allows students to sleep a bit later and still have time to grab something as they are heading to class.

Value Proposition:

On-the-go coffee trucks would be an optimal solution to giving college students a faster way to grab a coffee, drink, or quick snack on the way to class or before work.

This solution also benefits college students time management skills and adds extra time back into their days that would have previously been spent standing in lines waiting for coffee or food. Plus, quick access to coffee throughout the day is very helpful to college students as most depend on caffeine to get through busy days.

Our bug was walking to class in the rain. Our product is a full-body rain umbrella that covers the entire body and students' backpacks. Wilmington rain can go in all different directions and it can be a challenge to stay dry while walking to class. This umbrella will hook onto a backpack and shield the entire body. The problem this product solves is allowing students to stay completely dry for the day.

The target customers would-be college students or anyone that has to walk long distances in the rain. College professors who also have to walk to their respective classes can use this product. College students are responsible for getting to class on time, completing their work, and being in attendance/participation. It can be risky walking with important documents or technology, and the rain can deter students from attending class. Professors have the job of holding the class, teaching, and working with students. The umbrella would ensure the safety of the documents/preparations of both and help motivate both populations.

Value proposition: This umbrella will keep you and your valuables dry while walking in rain. Not having to worry about your computer or notes getting wet can be a huge relief. The product can also be compactable and easily stored so that when one arrives at class/their building, they do not have to worry about it being bulky.

Problem:
It is unnecessary to pay for parking when you are already paying to live somewhere. There is also not enough visitor parking at apartments so you have to worry about getting towed or booted.

Problem:
A. On any given time or day on campus, students may not be able to find parking spots in their designated parking zones, or in the very limited park to park zones. This forces students to miss class when they have nowhere to put their vehicle. This is also a huge problem because students are paying for their parking permits, and they are far from cheap!

Target Customer:
A. Parents of students paying Tuition
B. A GPS software interface of the campus can adopt the same ideology of UBER or LYFT.
C. Students won't have to pay out of pocket either, they are able to sign up for ride plans in the same way as they would a meal-plan.
D. Provides students to get to class quickly in the rain and prevents them from having to sit in class after being out in the rain.
E. Is much safer for students than walking at night.

1. Problem:
As a student, it can be very frustrating when there is not available parking in the student lot but there are plenty of open spots where students are not allowed to park. Knowing where available parking spots are and having access to them, reduces traffic build up. This saves time for students who want to be on time for classes. Our product is an app that allows students to park anywhere on campus, while also providing a map that shows any open spots. This app helps create a less stressful approach to finding parking.

2. Target Customer:
Our target customer would be college students, specifically those who are unable to purchase a parking pass. The range would be from 18-30 years old. These students should not be penalized for parking in a random spot or not being able to find parking because they cannot purchase a parking pass.

Pain: A lot of students have other responsibilities that may cause them to have little time to get to class. The pain to find parking if you are not assigned a specific spot can be painful and cause them to be late.

Gain: Students will now be aware of any open spots and have a wider range of parking, eliminating the time and stress.

3. Value Proposition:
Pain relievers: A parking app that allows students to park temporarily and anywhere on campus. The app will also include the map that shows any available and open spot that students can view, prior to arriving on campus.
Gainers: Students will gain more parking accessibility and not have to deal with the stress of worrying if there are going to be available spots.

Problem:
College students not having parking and being able to get to class on time. At many universities, parking is limited, expensive, or both. When students do not have a viable parking option on campus it can make it more difficult to arrive to class on time and can lead to students being more prone to missing out on their classes, especially if they are having to walk or ride a bike to class.
Target Customer:
College students are the target customer here, eventually, we could potentially expand to businesses that have poor parking options as well but we will mainly be focusing on college students who do not have viable parking options at their universities.
Pains:
These students need a better way to get to class and have a reliable option that is there for them whenever they need it.

Problem:

- Many people do not live in large cities or areas with professional sports teams nearby. A lot of these people face the pain of having to travel long distances to watch their favorite teams play. My product allows those who do not live close by to sports stadiums to still experience live games through virtual reality (VR). In addition, it provides sports teams who partner with my product with an easy way to make money.

Target Customer:

- Job description: Professional sports fan who lives far from where their favorite team/any sports team plays.

- Pains they have: Rarely able to attend a live sporting event, so cannot experience the emotions and environment of such events. This could potentially lead the target customer to lose interest in following certain teams since he/she is unable to watch them play games.

- Gainers they need: This type of target customer needs a convenient way to watch sports teams play without having to travel long distances. My product helps with this since customers can experience games through virtual reality from the comfort of their homes.

Value Proposition:

- Pain relievers: This virtual reality system will remove the need for people to travel long distances, take time off of work, or otherwise inconvenience themselves in order to watch their favorite sports teams play. They can simply purchase a viewing pass from the team, and can watch the game and experience it in virtual reality from their home.

- Gainers: The target customers gets a better experience than watching a game on TV since they can look at almost any part of the stadium they want to rather than only what the TV is broadcasting. In addition, there are no commercial breaks, and it is easier to see the excitement of the players and the audience at the game. Furthermore, if the viewer wants to stop watching the game for any reason (prior commitments, emergencies, lack of interest, etc.), all they have to do is turn off the virtual reality headset – they do not have to travel all the way home from a stadium. In addition to all of this, sports teams benefit from this product as well. All they have to do is install virtual reality monitors in their stadium or arena, and can maximize their profits. There is no limit to the number of virtual reality tickets teams can sell, and they do not have to pay the costs of maintenance that they have to for regular seating.

Problem I want to Solve

For a college student without a car, it is difficult to get food off campus when you want a change from everything on campus. This leads me to turn to food delivery services which make meals that are normally reasonably priced sometimes cost twice the amount the food is after delivery. The service I am attempting to create is directly posed towards college students and college campuses. It will be a service that allows an individual (they will be background checked ect before the ability of doing the service) to say they are going to a restaurant, and they can pick up food for others and bringing it back to them on campus. This will allow the driver to get their food and get extra money for not much more effort.

Target Customers

The target customer for this service is specifically college students who are on the college campus, as it would not benefit the users as much if it were open to the public. The way the service will work is the person who is going to the restaurant will put into the app that they are going there. This allows others to join in on the order for a small fee compared to the fee's delivery services charge. The person will then go to the restaurant and get the food and bring it back to the other individual. This way the driver gets an added benefit of making a little money and the person getting food gets food at the cheaper delivery cost.

Pains They Have: Expensive Delivery charges, food takes an inconvenient amount of time

Gains: Cheaper food delivery, quicker food delivery, benefits both users

Value Proposition

Pain Relievers : Easy to use app that will connect you to the people driving, lowers the delivery cost for the individual attempting to order food,

Gains: The person driving to get food makes additional money they originally wouldn’t have gotten

The problem it is solving - Retail Store organization and product placement. One thing that bugs me is the method of sorting that many retail locations have. Popular items are often hidden and cannot be found easily. This usually happens because stores do not have a system that allows for them to tell what items are popular and are being picked up on shelves and looked at. One way to fix this would be a system that has NFC tags in the item, and when it is removed from shelves, the item number would be stored in a database that could be easily sorted. It would allow for better consumer data and could be interconnected with the sales history to see what items are needed and what items are not needed.

Target Customer - Retailers such as: Khol's, Home Depot, Bass Pro Shops,

Job Description- These retailers all have the same goal, keep the doors open.

Problem: When you want to build computers, sometimes it's difficult to find things for the right price, if you find the necessary equipment at all, and it can be confusing to figure out what is and isn't compatible or how to put it all together. Creating a website that lists all the equipment in layman's terms, provides links on where to buy the parts at the best prices, offers guides on how to put it all together, lists popular streamer/content creator setups, and offers affiliate links to save money could solve the problem.

Target customer: People who want to build computers or have a good setup, but aren't as tech savvy. Maybe they know a little bit about computers, graphics cards, and monitors, but there are some things they have questions on. Or maybe they're interested but new to the idea of building a computer and have no idea where to start. It also helps people looking for their last GPU that keeps getting sold off to scalpers. People need an all-in-one location where they can get what they need, have it explained to them in a way they understand when they need it, and see how other people do it.

Value Proposition: A website like this would relieve the pain of having to search, or help people understand the craft of building computers that are what they need. People can find all the resources and tips they need in one place, so they don't have to go looking across the internet to find nothing valuable. It also provides an all-access place for people looking for specific in-stock parts. People can save money, time, and headaches.

Problem: Small scale cannabis producers in legal states are being unable to sell the entirety of their harvest, as the large vendors only select 4-5 growers to source from, and they will only accept the highest quality (A grade) flowers for sale. This issue leads many growers to either go unnoticed in the community or force them to trash/illegally sell the majority of their harvest in order to prevent their business from bankruptcy. My product is to create a company/organization that will highlight these smaller growers and utilize their B and C-grade flowers for sale and in the production of concentrates/edibles. This will allow our company to bring attention to these smaller growers and offer a highly competitive price on our products.

Target Customer: Our target customer will be those who are conscious about the issues that major corporations are bringing into the market, individuals who are looking for competitve pricing for similar if not better quality products in dispesaries for their medicine, as well as those who want to support small growers and keep the community diverse

Value Proposition: The value proposition for my company is that I will be able to highlight the work of smaller scale/boutique growers, offer competitve pricing on products ranging from flower, concentrates and edibles, as well as offering our customer the peace of mind that they are contributing back to the community in a major way and keeping it out of the hands of a select few massive organizations.
