WARNING: it is a lot of writing, but it is worth it to see your teachers smile!!

Hi, my name is Raegan Martinez, but most of you know me as Rae. I am a student at LAVCA. I will not be returning to LAVCA for the 2022-23 school year. But I will not leave without telling everyone how I feel and how I have grown. I will start, look for my padlet for my response for an example or just to see it! If you would like to do this too, and you're not returning. (Even if you are staying, you can share.)
You can have more than one teacher to share. (Like step 1 says) You are able to use staff and admin too.

Step 1. Have your grade level and first name and last initial on your padlet. Also include how long you have been with LAVCA.

Step 2. Share your teacher(s) First name and last initial as well and what subject they teach.

Step 3. Share what you love about them individually as a teacher.

Step 4. Share what was your favorite agistment or memory in their class.

optional!!!

Step 5. Share a (School appropriate!!) Gif and/or picture that has to do with the topic (or memory)
(If you comment please have your name on the comment)

Mrs. Johnson - Science
What I love about you is that your mood always brightens up the morning. You always encourage us to do better in what we will succeed in. Thank you for the happiness that you bring! What my favorite memory from your class is that one day where you showed the Dallas cowboys on your slide show. (If you didn't know, that was the 1-year anniversary from when my father had died, that's why I cried a bit.)

Mrs. Williams - History
What I love about you is that your always ready and pumped up and you always have a backup plan just in case something goes wrong. Thank you for (making us first) making your mission our reason to learn, if one thing goes wrong you make it right. My favorite memory from your class is when it was sprit week (I started it!!) and I asked to dress like you instead of my learning coach, then you told everyone that they could too.

Mrs. Jones - Math
What I love about you is that your so inspirable, even if you can't understand at first, you get the hang of it around the middle. You can't ever not learn something. Thank you for teaching us that it's not going to be easy at first, but it will be at the end. My favorite memory from your class is when (WARNING: this was from earlier in the year, so you may have to think back.) you were in a lesson giving an example and you confused yourself and everyone had to help you figure out the real answer, then we all got confused.

Mrs. McDuff - ELA
I have never (EVER) been bad at ELA it's always been so easy for me. I love it! but what I love about you is that your always there, I guess you remind me a lot of my mother & grandmother, there are no words (Even in your ELA dictionary for teachers😅) to explain my emotions, you always know how to make me personally happy! Thank you for making me happy! My favorite memory from your class is when I was in your office hours, and I would just sit and talk to you the whole time.

Mrs. Johnson (Science teacher)- Everytime I join science, i'm always in a better mood. It always makes my heart full when I see Mrs. Johnson happy, I don't know how learning about science could be fun without her! Science class makes me feel happy because I have a AMAZING teacher to teach me!😁

Mrs. Williams (History teacher)- As a person I could tend to feel a little down and tired at times, but with a teacher like Mrs. Williams always gets me back with happiness and energy! History class always has something fun and amazing even if I am still learning. I could never imagine wanting to have a different history teacher!😁

Mrs. Jones (Math teacher)- Mrs. Jones always has an amazing way of helping us learn. She never has anyone left behind and makes sure everyone understands the work she has done. I also enjoy the ways Mrs. Jones makes everyone smile! She is the BEST math teacher I ever had! 😄

Mrs. McDuff (ELA teacher)- I have never been so ready to learn more about ELA than ever before! Mrs. McDuff has one of the most amazing ways of teaching. I could NEVER EVER ask for another ELA teacher than her! Mrs. McDuff has all very interesting stories. My personal favorite that Mrs. McDuff showed us was'''Hachiko''!
