         <description><![CDATA[<p>I would use sample data to predict the entire population by using inferential statistics, making it a much broader category, using smaller groups of population, and then using said information for inferential stats. The factors that would affect my predictions are if information is not necessary to make the correct prediction and also my biased opinion might affect as well. </p>]]></description>
