RAM-Alternatively referred to as main memory, primary memory, or system memory, Random Access Memory (RAM) is a hardware device that allows information to be stored and retrieved on a computer. RAM is usually associated with DRAM, which is a type of memory module. Because information is accessed randomly instead of sequentially like it is on a CD or hard drive, the computer can access the data much faster. However, unlike ROM or the hard drive, RAM is a volatile memory and requires power to keep the data accessible. If the computer is turned off, all data contained in RAM is lost. module would be installed into one of the memory slots on a motherboard.

Mouse - Many mice have two buttons and a scroll wheel. A computer mouse is an input device that is most often used with a personal computer. Moving a mouse along a flat surface can move the on-screen cursor to different items on the screen. Items can be moved or selected by pressing the mouse buttons (called clicking). Here are at least four ways to connect your mouse to a computer, though some of them are obsolete now. Serial, PS/2, USB and Cordless are the ways to connect a mouse with a computer. Most mice connect to a computer via a USB cable or a wireless USB dongle. Many come with additional buttons that are useful for creative professionals and gamers.
