Matt: I know that you are very busy and I hear that things are going very well in some areas, but I think it’s good to update on the project .(2) ......... and there’s a slight delay on your part of the project right? Just over three weeks.

Kenji: Yes! We are struggling a bit with resources. There are some other projects (3) .......... It’s difficult to balance.

Matt: I understand. Look! How do we go forward to get back on track? Any ideas??

Kenji: (6).................but I understand that she’s in Mexico.

Matt: Not a problem . (7)......... Stay for a week or so, until things are back on track . Would next Friday be good for her to visit??

Matt: Excellent! So we are in agreement. In fact, why don’t you call Stephanie and arrange for her to go over and we can talk again in a couple of weeks. I’m sure that we can get things back on track.
