Then, I showered using soap and shampoo in plastic containers, before brushing my teeth with a plastic toothbrush. After I got dressed, I went downstairs and had breakfast. I picked up my backpack, which also contains plastic microfibers. inside it is my Chromebook, notebooks, mechanical pencils, and lunchbox, all of which contain plastic. I arrived at school on the bus. Its wheels are made of plastic and rubber.

I also used my plastic headphones to listen to music. After Science, I had Homeroom and Office Hours. I spent Office Hours in one of the Art rooms and sat on a plastic stool. After my A lunch, I went to Art class. I used pens with plastic parts to line my project. After Art, I had Intro to Government. We watched a documentary on the plastic Innerwrite board. For lunch, I had a bag of Fritos and another muffin.  After school, I had some fruit snacks that were wrapped in plastic. Instead of taking the bus (which also burns fossil fuels) try biking, skateboarding, or rollerblading to school if possible.

Most headphones are bound to include plastic, but you can purchase eco-friendly/sustainable headphones from companies that are source conscious, or replace plastic parts with wood, or metal. 
Instead of plastic art pens, you can buy pens made of recycled plastic or bamboo.

instead of eating chips or other snacks that are individually wrapped, buy bulk bags of snacks that can be easily separated into different servings.
