Step 4: When EHS Coach receives survey completed survey results, the coach will notify building administrator that teacher has completed the Engage and Redirect Training is ready for observations; EHS coach will share observation rubric and corresponding due dates with admin.

Step 5:  Admins will print the provided observation rubric and complete the first observation within 30 days of teacher completion of training.  

Step 6: Admin will reflect with teacher regarding observation results within 45 days of completion of training; admins will note teacher reflections, strengths, opportunities for growth. Admins share copy of the 1st observation and reflections with EHS Coach.

Step 7: EHS Coach will complete separate teacher observation within 30 days of receiving completed first admin observation. Coach will share rubric with teacher and admin.

Step 8: Admin will complete another observation within 60 days of completion of training to document progress and remaining needs; admin and teacher decide if there is a need for further foundational training or if teacher is ready for the Advanced Engage and Redirect Training; note further steps on observation rubric; admin and teacher sign and date completed rubric.

Step 9: Share a copy of completed rubric with the EHS Coach to receive ODJFS Training Form for OA approved credits.
