Integrity is being the same person in every situation--someone who is honest and true to their word. I strive to be someone who is honest in every area of life, which is connected to family honor. I come from a long-line of honest people, so I must have integrity to continue my family's honor and pride. However, pride is one character trait that is tricky. I don't want to be someone who is too proud that I become conceited, but confidence and pride in where I come from is important. I wouldn't sacrifice my own morals to protect these traits though. I wouldn't do too much to protect my own honor but other people's pride is important to me.
