         <description><![CDATA[<p>When you are on a diet it is important to still have a balenced amout of the different food groups like carbs fats grains dairy and so for so you can have energy and get a pump. And if you cut out carbs you will have low energy and if you cut out dairy you are cutting out most procesed and sugar food and if you cut out grains you are cutting out the most important food that you should be having. if you cut our proten you will not have it easy to get a pump and have the good foods in you body. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Protein is meat and meat serves as one of the most important things in your diet because it is the best food to get a pump in your body. but with liver it is one of the only source of protein that you can get more enery from because it is so ntrient dence but it is so nutriont that you have watch out for vitiman acidose. also with proten it plays a big role in body building because eating 200 plus grams of proten gives you a masive advantige in egtting a pump. however when proten is eaten to much it can resalt in a very dangours amount of weaght loss because you are not havig sugars carbs so you will also proberly be low energy for a while.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Food sources that are high in protein </p><p><br/></p><p>steak chicken ground beef turkey eggs fish protein yogurt beans nuts and seeds.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Carbohydrates are one of the three macronutrients. Carbs are organic compounds made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Carbs are in food as sugars, starches and fibres. They are the best food for getting energy because they have a fair amount of sugar. This is why athletes eat pasta, sushi or sandwiches before an event, or bananas during a match, because they contain a lot of carbs which gives them energy to put on their top performance. Carbs also come at a risk because they give you energy, if you dont use that energy, carbs can also make you gain a lot of weight. Also people may go on low carb diets to lose weight but it is a real risk because it can make you exhausted very fast.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Risk of taking sugar is that you will gain weight a lot easier and you can be teeth infections which can lead to a low amount of foods you can chose to eat. Risk of taking to much sodium is it can lead to high blood pressure heart disease and even other organ fails which can lead to chance of death or health treatment. Risk of too much saturated fat can <strong>cause  to c</strong>holesterol which can build up in your arteries also in your blood vessels. Saturated fats can also raise your LDL bad  cholesterol. High ldl cholesterol increases your risk for heart disease and stroke. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have selected the The Australian Five Food Groups (according to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating).</p><p><br/></p><p>The purpose of the Australian 5 food groups is to show what portions of he five food groups you should be eating. The 5 Australian food groups provide a variety of essential nutrients for good health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes and promote overall wellbeing. The food selection model shows that your body would receive a good balance of vitamins, fibre minerals and other nutrienis it needs it needs to function.</p><p><br/></p><p>the information on the 5 food groups in shown on a chart that represents what foods you need in eat an approximate  group sizes. </p><p><br/></p><p>the foods are classified the foods are classified into 5 food groups and their purpose .</p><p><br/></p><p>group 1 vegtables should be the second biggest one.</p><p><br/></p><p>group 2 fruits should be the second smallest one.</p><p><br/></p><p>group 3 grains should be the food you are consuming the most.</p><p><br/></p><p>group 4 protein is should be the one in the middle.</p><p><br/></p><p>group 5 dairy should be consumed the most.</p><p><br/></p><p>One strength of the food selection model is to show you what foods should be the biggest in your diet and which ones you should eat less of. It is very practical and easy to understand.</p><p><br/></p><p>One limitation of this food selection model is that it is not a realable or specific enough break down of nutritional needs based on age, gender activity levels.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
