You feel better about your body and you feel better when you exercise. Laying around, never leaving bed, sounds like the perfect idea but if you get out of bed and do a little exercise you will feel a whole lot better about yourself. You feel a lot more refreshed and better about yourself. You gain a lot more self confidence. Itś also extremely healthy for you. It helps reduce risk of illness and helps you regulate your body health.</div>]]></description>
