Using these resources combined with your OWN RESEARCH, THINK CRITICALLY about your own perspective on sheltered workshops (there is no perfect, right, or easy answer here). Then, develop an argument FOR or AGAINST sheltered workshops and create an audio or video post for Padlet (Last names A-H you are FOR, I-Z you are AGAINST). You post could be audio only, slides with audio narration, slides with text and no narration, or a video of you presenting your case. Try to keep posts less than 3 minutes. To make thing interesting, I will assign a stance for each of us. This way, you also don't have to feel quite as vulnerable making your case. You can mention the perspectives of varied stakeholders to support your case (e.g., people with disabilities, families, teachers, employers, job coaches, etc.). Be sure to explore posts from your colleagues with opposing viewpoints.
