The task

The purpose of this assessment task is for you to analyse and reflect on your thoughts and opinions acquired from a foreign book. You will be able to share your understanding through this assignment. Read the first 2 chapters of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, then evaluate your comprehension.

Assessment Guidelines

Your assignment should contain the following components: 

1. Images of the book

2. A short essay displaying your criticisms. You should say: 

• What the chapters were about

• Name and describe characters in the book

• What values/lessons this book brought about

• And explain how you feel about this book

You should write no fewer than 200 words. This project is done individually. 

Deadline: End of session #8, 23:59PM

Penalty

If you hand in your assignment after the due date/time a penalty of 10% of the total mark allocated for the assignment is deducted per day for the first 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) after which the assigned work is not accepted. Each 24-hour block is recorded from the time the assignment is due.
