         <description><![CDATA[<div>All the strategies I have add up into the goals I have. When I set goals I plan out ways I will accomplish them. For example with school work I have a goal to get all good grades and in order to do that I use strategies I can use to help me be successful. Another example might be when I have a goal to score a goal at one of my soccer games and to do that I will use the strategies I know to make that happen.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Whenever I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed with all the school work I have I like to lay on my floor and listen to music.This helps me calm down and give me time to think about something other than my schoolwork. Another thing I do is write down everyday how I am feeling at the begging of the day and at the end of the dayI write down things that happened and determine if it was a goo day, bad day, calm day, etc. This helps me with how I will fix the next day and if I need to improve the next day or not. </div>]]></description>
