I noticed how movement helped reduce stress, improved my focus, and made me more alert for the rest of the session. Through this experience, I realized that physical exercise plays an important role in maintaining balance in daily life.          <description><![CDATA[<p>At first, I felt a bit lazy, but once I started moving, the cool morning air and quiet environment helped me feel refreshed. Step by step, my body warmed up and I began to enjoy the rhythm of jogging. Even though I was sweating a lot, it felt rewarding because it showed that my body was active and healthy.</p><p><br/></p><p>Jogging has many benefits. It helps to strengthen the heart, improve blood circulation, and increase stamina. It also burns calories and can help in maintaining a healthy weight. Besides physical health, jogging is also good for the mind. It reduces stress, clears negative thoughts, and boosts mood by releasing endorphins.</p><p><br/></p><p>After finishing my jog, I felt lighter, more energetic, and ready to face the day with a positive mindset. This experience reminded me that jogging is not only good exercise for the body but also a great way to take care of mental health. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this mentoring, I didn’t expect a short movement break to shift my mindset as much as it did. Once we got our bodies moving, I felt tension leave my shoulders and my thoughts became clearer. The mood changed too—people smiled more, conversations flowed, and I found it easier to reach out to others. I can stay focus and alert through the rest of the mentoring session instead of drifting. This reminded me that well-being isn’t separate from my studies or work; it’s the foundation that supports them. I’m leaving with two takeaways: first, my body is an early signal for stress and I should listen to it; second, brief, simple exercise is enough to reset my energy. I plan to build a five-minute movement routine into future sessions and into my daily schedule to keep that balance between productivity and health.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
