The first day I arrived there, I was called by Che Hazri, the health education officer, as my supervisor during my time at JKNK to meet with the director of JKN Cawangan Kota Bharu, Mr. Muhammad Nasir

I am the only industrial training student selected to carry out industrial training here at JKNK

After the briefing from the director, Mr. Hazri took me to visit the workplace, get to know the office and meet the senior staff.

I was placed at the wellness hub branch, acting as a fitness instructor and assistant officer

The situation in the office is very lively because discussions are held between the staff about the monthly planning

the invited panel is Dr Asremzee B. AB Razak, Medical Officer, Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital, who will discuss the title "Nafas Baru Bermula Ramadhan"

The discussion lasted for one hour and thirty minutes

after finishing the facebook live session earlier, I went back to the office and completed the work instructed by Mr. Hazri

this time I volunteered to help the staff prepare the forum, with this I was able to learn various ways to handle facebook live

getting ready to start the journey to Sungai Rual Primary School for a site visit, the purpose of the site visit is that we will hold a PROSIS summer health camp on 25/4 - 27/4 April there.

we got there at 10:27 am, were greeted by the teaching staff at the school, we were taken to the school meeting room and continued to start the meeting and discussion about the Summer Health Camp.

just finished the meeting, we were helped by the SK Rual teacher to visit all the facilities we will use throughout the summer health camp program, all the facilities are in good condition and good to use

after seeing all the facilities at the school we started our journey back to the office and arrived at the office exactly at 3:00 pm

Today we received guests from the My Champion convention group meeting team from all representatives throughout Malaysia to the Kelantan health hub

Their arrival at the Kelantan Wellness Hub was to review and follow the information briefing from En Hazri, the health education officer

in conjunction with the arrival of Hari Raya, JKNK has distributed Hari Raya money envelopes to all their staff, I am very excited and happy, hopefully this year's Raya will be more festive

After reaching the office, Mr. Hazri called me into his room for a briefing about next week's plan to start a Facebook live on the topic of World Physical Activity Day (WOPAD).

I was given the task of being a moderator, a little excited because I haven't been a moderator for a long time

checked in early today because I woke up early, arrived at the office at 7:30 am and checked in

so today, I was given the task of making a budget presentation slide for the Kelantan CPK level Eid banquet majlis, after the slide was ready, Miss Marinie asked for the slide to be reviewed before handing it over to the boss

after lunch hours, we were given another task to prepare learning materials for the SUMMER HEALTH CAMP program that will take place on April 25, 2024, I was assisted by Acap as a mystep staff who has been working here for a long time

9:00 am I felt uncomfortable when I got to the office, so I asked my supervisor for permission to go to the university health center to ask for fever and cold medicine.

after returning from (PKU) I rested for a while at the office and we were given Hari Raya envelopes to take home

after that, our head of department kindly gave us Hari Raya cookies as a token of our appreciation, all the cookies looked appetizing

8:00 am arrive at the office with Baju Melayu and Samping, because today CPK has a photo session and video raya

we can see the excitement of all the staff in perfecting the raya video shoot, I am very happy and happy at the end of the day everything went smoothly

I'm going back early today because it's Thursday, right, at 2:30 I'll go home and rest

So today i have came early to office i think around 7:20 am, and just check in like usually with my thumbprint

so today is the day I have been waiting for because I will be leading the session moderator with 2 other CPK staff

everything went smoothly starting with the introduction of WOPAD itself and continuing with the frequently asked questions to the panelists

The interview was just 30 minutes long, thank you once again to the very helpful panel and some other technical staff who made the Facebook Live a success.

Kelantan declares public event holiday on 9 April 2024

I got my first client

so today we were visited by the Kelantan swimming club association

Their arrival is to get the services of a fitness trainer from us, they are exposed to how to get their bodies fit and manage their food

following that, they got intensive training from coach Amri who was helped by me myself

another day another client, so today I got 2 clients who came to Wellness Hub Kelantan to attend health and fitness classes

today they followed a cardio activity that lasted for 1 hour, I also gave instructions and how to use the gym equipment

On Saturday we were assigned to go to Kelantan National Park, Kuala Koh to follow Jelajah Pendidikan Madani with YB Fadhlina

The program lasted 2 days, so the first day we got there at 5:00 pm

At night we held a competition between the natives to fill their free time before YB's arrival the next day

The second day, Sunday, the day that all the natives of Kuala Koh look forward to, welcome the arrival of YB Fadhlina to their village

But unfortunately YB was not able to attend due to a flight delay, so YB's representative is the Director General of Education Malaysia, in addition to that there are also various agencies that are also together including JPN, JPP, JKN, JAKWA, MEDIA RTM, KSU and many more

If you can see the state of the Kuala Koh primary school that is being managed by their teachers, their teachers are very dedicated in teaching the children of the natives

the program ends at 5 pm, after the program is finished we go straight to the office and return to the office in Pengkalan Chepa and arrive at 10 pm

Today we received a visit from the Fire Department from various branches in Kelantan to follow the I-FITER program, this ifiter program aims to help them build stamina and help them achieve their ideal body weight

They are exposed to nutrition talks and various fitness activities such as beep test, going up and down the bench, push up and many more

Everything went smoothly and received a response from them

today we from the Health Education Branch, have been invited by UMK to bring WOW (Wellness On Wheel) to UMK (Kota Campus) to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle to the students there

there are various activities that we provide to them. Among them virtual cycling, rope jumping and more

the exhibition lasts until 12 o'clock

At 8 a.m., approximately 30 firefighters attended the Wellness Hub for a health screening conducted by the health department of the Kota Bharu branch

They are given various types of health screening including, high blood pressure check, diabetes, fat content in the body and many more

the health screening ends at 12 noon

Last Thursday we were at the grounds of Aeon Mall Kelantan to attend and open a health booth in conjunction with the program (AFIAT MADANI, FINAL LEVEL POETRY FESTIVAL COMPETITION, KELANTAN STATE 2024)

That morning I was instructed to lead an aerobic exercise for the participants present that day, the atmosphere was very lively, all participants gave full commitment and interest

last Saturday, we from the JKNK Wellness Hub were at AEON MALL Kota Bharu to hold a health fair

there are various interesting activities that we have prepared for the local community and everything runs smoothly and cheerfully

on Wednesday we held a joint effort to prepare the Wellness Hub area to be used as a place to celebrate Hari Raya CPK and Wellness Hub Customer Meeting Day

Last Thursday, the Health Education Branch (CPK) held a Hari Raya celebration and Customer Meet Day at the Wellness Hub

Various types of food and activities prepared by us for customers and guests who come that day

Last Saturday we were once again invited by the Kelantan Anti-Drug Agency to the Kelantan State Anti-Drug Day Commemoration 2024 which was held at Irama Bachok Beach, our presence was aimed at holding aerobics for the visitors who came

Last Monday, we held a Health Education Branch Management meeting at 9 am

There are several issues and matters that arise that are discussed, regarding Wellness On Wheel (WOW), the presence of staff during work, claims and many more

The meeting ends at 11 am

Last Tuesday, was a weekly activity with the Kelantan fire department, in the IFITER program they did some fitness activities that had been prepared by the trainers at the Wellness Hub

The program was held at Taman Tengku Anis Kota Bharu

The program starts early in the morning and ends at 12 noon

Last May 20, the health education unit was invited by UITM Machang to participate in the Health Carnival which took place at the UITM Machang student center

we have prepared various activities for all uitm students to participate in

This Health Carnival lasts for 2 days

Day 2, apart from the health education unit, there were several other health units from the district health center that came to uitm machang to make this health carnival a success

We have done a little cleaning work inside the Gym Wellness Hub, with a clean workplace the atmosphere will be healthier and happier

All the staff are involved, especially the staff who take care of the wellness hub

On May 26 we were directly involved in the Treasury Circular Government Asset Drainage Workshop (IPP)

The workshop lasted from 9 am and ended at 4 pm, we learned a lot of new knowledge from the workshop

every Sunday we from the Wellness Hub will go to Rumah Sri Kenanga to do aerobic activities with the parents there

Kelantan State Level Immunization Day Celebration 2024 which was held at Dewan UMNO Kota Bharu

the ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dr. Ahmad Faris Bin Awang, Deputy Director of Kelantan State Health

Last wednesday we had a visit from Lincoln university

they have followed some health briefings that we have prepared, and the program ends at 1 pm

On 10 June 2024 the My Brush Hour program took place at Yokuk (A foundation for the disabled and underprivileged, Chepa Retention, the event was officiated by Dr. Noormi binti Othman, Senior Director (Dental Health of the Ministry of Health Malaysia, also attended by VIP guests namely Kelantan State Health Director Dato' Dr. Zaini bin Hussin

On June 13, we together with Wellness On Wheel (WOW) moved to Taman Cintawangasa Kuala Krai to do aerobic activities with the local community in conjunction with the 10K steps program organized by the Kuala Krai District Health Center

Various interesting activities were carried out and received an interesting response from the local community

the attendance of the participants is estimated at 500 participants, the program runs from 7 am and ends at 12 noon

On the 18th of June, the families of the Health Education Branch (CPK) held a getong royong in conjunction with celebrating the first Eid (Qurban)

the meat is distributed to all the staff present and a dinner party is held after the distribution of the meat is finished

June 23, 24, 25 we from the health education branch have camped at the Education Resources and Technology Sector (SSTP) for 3 days in conjunction with the Kelantan State Education Department's Digital Education Carnival

Last June 27, the Kelantan State Health Department (Health Education Branch) in collaboration with Mara Poly-Tech College held a program called "OUTRECH" this program is one of the initiatives of the Malaysian Ministry of Health (KKM) to help the community to be more aware of health care

This outreach program takes place in Kampung Kandek, Dabong

On the first day we held a 1 hour clean up program which involved the process of collecting garbage around the village area, this program was also participated by the local community

The second day started with an aerobic activity with the local community

in the evening we from KKM & KPTM have already prepared some sports activities and games for children, such as field ball, grab chocolate, tug of war and many other things

received a satisfactory response from the villagers, we were very happy to cooperate in launching the program on that day

on the last day (OUTREACH in Kampung Kandek, Dabong) all the communities were involved in a health forum in the mosque area, the topic covered was mental and physical health is very important

on the same day, the sports prize distribution session that took place yesterday was also held in the mosque area

all the villagers were satisfied and happy with all the tentative programs we had prepared, and the next day we moved back to the office
