I think it’s important to be open on the national level as it allows the country’s citizens to trust their government, to be held accountable to whatever they do.And it also builds trust with other countries and international businesses,as if the country is very transparent with their decisions the others will trust that whatever decision the country makes is in their best interests,and will be more supportive of them.

I feel like it’s really important amongst our community to share bonds with one another because of how Singapore has really developed from the Racial Riots in 1964, where chaos broke out between ethnic groups, this incident teaches us important values that though we are different we are all human
