         <description><![CDATA[<div>Crash course looks like a really fun series of videos that I'd like to look into more.  I also love the use of TED-ed videos, particularly for a flipped classroom.  I agree that we need to find videos that pique students interest and many of these options seem to do just that.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I love the variety of videos offered through the Hip Hughes Youtube Channel. The title slides are easy to read and have little graphics that would grab the students' attention. For example, there is a great video on Jamestown and the graphic is Disney's Pocahontas and John Smith. I look forward to using Hip Hughes videos for introducing new content, for review or as extension activities. </div>]]></description>

If there are any other French teachers reading this, here are the websites I've come to rely on over the last 3 years of looking for videos in French: 1jour1actu.com, TV5monde apprendre, RFI apprendre, the&nbsp;<br>Karambolage en français – ARTE channel on YouTube, and the Trotro channel on YouTube.<br>I learned that a good video has a recap at the end. And I agree that using videos to spark questions is a great idea.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The beauty of videos is that we can add to our already rich lessons with digital experiences. Having a hard time explaining the process? Someone has created a catchy tune like "We Will Round You." Can't find the resources for a cool science lab? Find a recorded session. Want to demonstrate the lab once but talk through each portion? Show the video after/before you do a hands on demonstration. Videos also allow teachers to bring diversity into the classroom that we couldn't before. We can now watch an interview with a museum curator after learning about that process. The world is literally in our classroom now. That being said, Sick Science seems, well sick! For chemical changes you can watch this video:<br><br></div>]]></description>
