On top of that, it is important that the younger generation is able to use the internet, as a voice, for them to speak up on the real issues that ASEAN/global world is facing. 
My advice is that: Set aside a prioritization list and go through what is the most important thing to speak about. As leaders, we have to be clear what is our end goal, even though we are focusing on its process as well.

The reasons are as follows: Numerous glimpses of amazing plans, activities, and projects have been introduced to us since we applied in Common Purpose - AYLP, something I really hope to be continuously implemented or redo for the rest of young leaders, people in the regions and ASEAN. Yet, there are several factors that serve as hindrances in attaining sustainable plans for neighboring countries which I am afraid of. Priorly, poverty to some regions which may lead to corruption and ghost projects for the people and members. Furthermore, fear of sustainability will fail because of natural phenomena worse than pandemic and factors such as decreasing number of young leaders who are into servant leadership yet, in fear of work, acads, or industry demands that may result of leaders and ASEAN be left behind at the end.

Maintain their centrality while remaining receptive to the concerns and issues that each member state faces. I believe that as a result of this, Southeast Asia will prosper and develop, allowing future generations to appreciate our region's greatness.

Fear
Given the disparities among its members, there may be instances of dissension among its members. Fears: 

I am afraid that ASEAN will turn unaffected of what issues that some of its member-states are facing. For instance, the threat that is ready to explode in maritime issues in the South China Sea. I also fear that human rights abuses in some member-states are being neglected by ASEAN. I also fear that development gap across ASEAN member-states will create more divide that one day will be very difficult to overcome.
