         <description><![CDATA[<div>The patterns across time  from 1860-2000 is between 1860 and 1910 the temperature anomalies stayed below -0.2c before crashing to 0.6c in 1910. Next it rose to 0.1c in the early 1940s  than dropped to -0.2c in the mid 1940s probably because the war ended. Lastly it continued to rise to 0.5c  in 2000 where the graph ends.</div>]]></description>
