Set email cadences after someone submits an application, subscribes to receive more information, etc.
My rule of thumb is that if you've reached out 2-3 times through multiple forms (i.g. email, text, call - I consider that sometimes email goes to spam) and haven't heard a response, then I make a note of "candidate exited process"
