I got the opportunity to play soccer from the young age of 2 years old (in the backyard with my brother) to the age of 17 years old. So staying fit and healthy has been a big part of my life in the last 18 years. I stayed in shape by training for about 16 hours a week. The way it all broke up was 2 hour practices twice a week with my team, 1 hour practices with my keeper coach once a week, 2 hours a week for games 2 to 4 times a week, and 3 to 7 hours of training on my own or with my brother 4 times a week. They have bought stock over the years and the money that they get back from stock has helped payed for mine and my brothers extra curricular activities like soccer.
