These are the simplest and the most striking.

A lot of the idents I've looked at use red somewhere, I think because of its connotations of being an aggressive colour.  I could use it to stay within the conventions of the sports ident genre.

- I will use a simple colour scheme made up of red, white and black.
- The animation for my ident will be somewhat simple but fluid and aesthetically pleasing.
- It will have a hockey theme
