In 2019, Flamengo reached the Conmebol Libertadores Final against River Plate. On the day of the game, we gathered to watch the match. Everyone was confident, but River scored the first goal. At that moment, my family was discouraged with the game, but I said " Rest assured, Flamengo will win".

When I was working as a census taker at the IBGE, I remember my boss was a nervous person. She was always worried about the procedure of our job and about of our results. The thing is, at that time it was difficult to make interviews all the time because almost every resident wasn't able or didn't want to answer the IBGE questions. But I had to be calm and keep trying, and always when my boss came to me worried about the job, I told her "rest assured, it's hard now, but I'll keep trying to achive our goal".

In 2019 I gave to me a challenge to have a career transition.

I started specializing in Image Consultancy at Belas Artes in São Paulo and after one year and a half, I started working for a company. But I still had doubts about that. We even had no idea were to live but we knew the responsibility we would have from that moment on. We went to tell our parents and they were also worried but happy and said "Rest assured, we will help you". The beginning was difficult, but today the things a lot better. One funny phrase of my mother in law was " I will not take care the baby when you go out, ok", and today she lives for her granddaughter. Every day she asks me " Felipe, Isn't my granddaughter coming?

I work as an Auditor and I have been working as that for more than nine years now. My manager always gives me challenges and the latest one I had to audit one of the biggest companies and he requested me to submit the audit report at the end of June. I was scared because it is a big company and I should cover all the areas. My boss looked at me and asked, "Do you think it is possible?" and I replied, "Rest assured boss. It will be in your hands in time."

I used all my expertise and I prepared a comprehensive audit plan before the deadline and my boss was really happy.
