as many of us ended up with text that either included " sorry" or was just the word on its own I was thinking that there could be a page where we all hand write the word and scan it in. This can be done on InDesign. I was also thinking that the written " sorry" can be in a spiral form, representing this never ending line of apologies. 

VIEWER INTERACTION. 

If we also created a page maybe in the centre of the book or at the end, using again our scanned in written "sorry"s , leaving a large part of the page empty we could suggest to the viewer that they can add to the page.
