When I'm walking in the beach, I feel a calmness and security. Is a sense that my body and mind adore. Tha sound of the ocean, the sand in my feet and the magnific scenario that is in front on me. The change in me is that I feel more connected to the outside world and more relaxed. I feel that it remains the same some discomfort but it is beautiful at the moment.

Once I went to Villa de Leiva to my aunt's farm, and in that place I couldn't use the internet or anything like that, and the fact of being able to see from up close everything that nature could offer us and not only in the visual. It made me realize that life didn't have to be materialistic that from time to time we should appreciate what we have around us.

Well, I've been able to understand kindness on animals. How they get to trust humans (and other animals), showing love is beautiful. At least for me, it teaches me to give opportunities to people, as they can open and show their true selves.

What happenned?

This happened when I was in a family trip to the cocuy, my father was driving and we got lost finding the hotel we will stay in and my mother started to pray and say that she wishes that somebody could arrive to them and help then find the correct way to the hospital, 5 minutes after the pray a man came with a horse and told us the correct path.

How you felt?

I felt really amazed and shocked by that event .

What changed in you after that?

I started to believe more in miracles since I didn’t believe to much into that.

What remained the same?

My mother still prays and believes in miracles and tells us stories about these events.

The moment when I connected with nature was when I went to my uncle's farm in Bogotá. It was an experience that really seemed to me one of the most valuable in my life because it was at a young age and that's when my love for animals , I felt very happy when I rode my uncle's horse named Carito. a situation in which I felt closer to nature was when I was in a hostel in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the place was in a high place and it was cold and there was also no town or city in a considerable distance, I felt Very quiet with the trees and a nearby river, the truth is that it did not change much after that, however it is still my favorite place to travel besides Bucaramanga, it also reminds me of my aunt's farm in the table of the saints

The moment I felt must connected with nature was when I was in the beach on Aruba, there was a beautiful sunset and the incredible breeze with a warm water, I felt relax and calm, the only thing I was thinking was enjoy with my dad. An experience of connection with nature was when I was in Pereira with my family, we stayed in a farm far from the city, it had beautiful landscapes and fresh air, I always felt calm. When I go to the countryside with my family, I disconnect from the internet, I can have the opportunity to rest and clear my mind, I connect with nature and de-stress, it helps me improve my memory, it helps me in a good way, I can come to have a new expectation of how I see things, it feels very relaxing. After going to the countryside I can feel good and willing to face whatever comes, new ideas rain down and I can feel creative. I feel extremely connected to nature every time I'm in Bogota and I've the opportunity to go for a walk in one of its parks with friends or family. It has always been something I love and cherish a lot. Being able to see the grass, the green trees, feel the cold air touch my skin and breathe a surprisingly natural odor makes me feel refreshed. Like I'm able to rest and connect with my inner self.

I remember a particular opportunity where I was with my grandpa in a park near his house and it was so incredible... I was nothing short of ecstatic and in love with my life. I was able to organize my thoughts, think back to old, similar experiences I had had with my family and realize that I had everything I needed. It was truly a life-changing opportunity. From then on, I try to be more grateful for everything I've experienced and every once in a while, I take my time to detox from all the toxic stuff that comes with our modern society by going on a walk on a park far away from civilization.

And of course, the breathtaking parks that Bogota has are still there and every time I'm there, I try to go to at least one of them.

What happen?
In one travel, of my family to santa marta, we go to Beach White, in that place we hace so much fun, playing with the water and relaxing in the sand, and whatching the blue sky
How a felt?
I felt relax, in peace with my surronders, I felt happy and I was like connected with the sound of the sea

The connection I had with God the last couple of months was that he set a side a person that I considered special in my life, the person ended up being a horrible human being. At first I didn't understand why or with what purpose was that happening. I was pretty sad and frustrated, but after a while God showed me that I have to appreciate the people who truly love me like my family, friends and let go of people who hurt me, also that I need to love myself and keep in mind that I am valuable, forgive, heal and hold no grudge. After that, God brought wonderful people to my life and now I feel a lot better.

I have felt a true connection with nature when I am in a special place that transmits me tranquility, peace and with that happiness, normally it happens in places like the sea, or a garden or with the people I love the most, talking about my feelings and the future with those persons. What happened?
This happened when i was in my country house in Caracoli,
At that time I had no internet, no light and it was at night when I lay down on the grass looking at the stars and close to the animals we have, I felt a tranquility and a peace that I had never felt in my life and I felt connected with nature,and from that point I have changed and I consider that I have been a calmer and more reflective person.

Im lost in a dangerous neighbourhood with my cousin and me we alone at 11 pm . Dark, alone and without any taxis pass we are desperate but one actual friend publish in his storys of whatsapp if someone can come to his house to a party and when we see this notice we surprise and accept to go because was near and we arrive secure to the place.

This teaching me that always we going to have a person that protect and save you, a person that you can trust.

One night I dreamt that I was talking with my father in his room, I had a bible in my hands and we were reading Luke 8. When I woke up I didn’t understand the meaning of that dream, i felt confused and I run to my father’s wife and told her about it, we took the Bible and read that chapter, and I stoped in one story the “Parable of the Sower”, basically it was similar to my father’s life, I understood the meaning of that dream, I felt anxious and amazed, I called him and told him what happened. God used me to talk to him about that this was his last chance to look for God. My father at first didn’t believe me, but later he understood took a new path in his life. Since then I lived more experiences like this, where God gave me verses and used me to talk and pray for others.

During my winter vacations I went to the Miami Seaquarium with my cousin, the plan was just to have fun and meet the animals, but the Seaquarium's guides teached us about these animal's lives and how they are such clever and gentle creatures, however, some of them were there because their natural environments were in danger (sometimes because of human actions). We felt sad for some species that were in danger of extinction and learned what we could do for helping. These made us think deeply about how precious the life of animals are, also the fact that nature should be protected.

1) What happened?
It was a day that I went with my dad and his girlfriend to a natural park that is a few hours of Barranquilla. It was a very calm and quiet place, I was very relaxed and I liked it a lot despite being a person who doesn't really like the countryside because I grew up in the city.

2)How you felt?
I felt very calm and healthy thanks to the security that nature gives us, I also felt free for a while since I detoxified myself from electronic devices and social networks.

3)What change on you after that?
I felt more grateful to life and nature, therefore I start to have motivation and the idea of wanting to improve the planet and avoid contamination. I decided to start caring more for the environment, however there are things that get out of hand but I try to do what I can, for example, recycle, save water, etc.

4)What remained you the same?
My father and I felt the same way, so we decided to do more nature trips more often and take some digital detox days.

My connection with nature, the one that made me realize my existance was when i first scuba dived and i could see a totally different enviorment to what im used.
What changed in me mentally was that i shouldnt prejudge things till i see them comepletley, because before that experience i was afraid of the sea.

Whene I was on 6 grade I went to a spiritual retirement, there I achieve a deeper connection with my self, I felt renewed and happy, there wasn't any mayor changes in my life after that mostly it stayed the same.

One day I was in the tayrona park and I was with my brother exploring the park in this place there was no internet or signal to contact with other people. So we were walking and we got lost so we were really nervous and decided to keep walking and a guy that worked at the park who was walking by the same place that us guide us to arrive to the beach. This teach me that God is always present in our life if we trust in him and believe in him. I felt really stress and worried about if we do not find the way of going to the beach.

When I go to a santa Marta beach I remember that one of my footballs go to the beach and I need to swim for getting the ball and grab it the thing of that was that I was to young for that and I was a little kid swimming for getting he’s ball and that happen because I wasn’t paying attention to my things and with that I my lite change a lot.
