         <description><![CDATA[<p>The emotion is the feeling of worry and unease. Some traits of this emotion are panic attacks, restlessness, increased heart rate, hyperventilation, and many more. A real life example of anxiety is being stressed out about meeting new people. For example the first day of school and you have to do an in class activity that involves meeting the kids in your class. Some people with social anxiety may have a hard time meeting new people because it makes them nervous and feeling stressed. </p>]]></description>

An real life example of this trait is when you are sitting at a picnic bench enjoying your food and you see a big spider crawling on you. So you get up, scream, and run. usually its a phobia or something scary occurring is when the emotion fear comes out.   </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Disgust is the feeling of something you don't like. Usually having to do with your 5 senses (smell, touch, sight, sound, taste). Some traits of this emotion are wrinkled nose, nausea, and vocalization (ew, gross, etc.). A real life example of this is when you are walking on the sidewalk and you feel something sticky on your foot. When you look at the bottom of your shoe you see gum with dirt on it stuck to your new shoes. You yell in disgust. EW! </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Anger is the feeling of frustrated and defense. Some traits of this emotion are irritable, aggressive, increased heart rate, sweating, and many more. A real life example of this trait is when you are washing your clothes in the washer, you come back an hour later and someone threw your wet clothes on the floor and put their clothes into the wash. You get angry because your clothes became sour so you go and yell to see who did this.  </p>]]></description>
